Fees for FMA Piano and Music Therapy sessions

Please fill out the FMA Information Request Form below and detail any special needs, prior experiences and playing ability.  Include any questions for our music educators and therapists.

The rate schedule below is for reference only.   The FMA pricing can be used for piano instruction and sessions with a state licensed music educator or board certified music therapist.   These rates can vary and serve as a guideline for an overall program of instruction.    Your personal needs will be assessed and a program will be designed for you with consideration of your short or long-term goals, musical instrument or other equipment requirements, and any other factors that might be used to determine a complete program of instruction designed to achieve success.
